Today was a good day. We went to see the Dictator, ate food at the Greek Festival and saw this band, the Yardslippers, play music. And there was a tiny floppy-eared puppy and he petted it and that was the single cutest thing I’ve ever seen in my life and that’s not hyperbole.

I don’t know, guys. Is it normal to start really liking someone four months into dating them? Usually this is the point when a guy starts annoying the shit out of me, but that just hasn’t happened this time. And that scares me. That scares me a lot, because I’ve never been in a mutual really-liking situation, at least not with someone I saw regularly or interacted with in a healthy way. So I can only infer that it isn’t a mutually really-liking situation. And I wish that I could shut up and enjoy what I have, but I wish even more that it were socially acceptable to be forthcoming about one’s emotions without seeming completely needy and unhinged.
